Overseas races can cross midnight, and daylight-saving changes do not happen on the same date in every country. Before reporting the issue, choose your named timezone rather than a fixed UTC offset and check both the local date and time.
Send the session, displayed value, expected value, device timezone and page URL. A specific example is much faster to reproduce than “all times are wrong.”
